To make your rental process as fast as possible, have the name of the project and the year the structure was built handy before calling our team. If the structure was built prior to 1990, our team will also need an abatement survey and a letter of abatement showing that any contaminated material was properly removed.

Do I need to be present for my dumpster rental delivery?
You don't have to be on-site for your roll off dumpster delivery, unless your property is gated and needs to be unlocked for our driver. Just make sure the drop-off location is open and clear for the entire day. If the roll off container will be in your driveway, you should park your cars in the garage. On construction sites, ensure the area is free of equipment and debris. Planning to keep your bin in the street? Get a Temporary Right-of-Way Use Permit for Storage or Pods from the city of Bothell before ordering.
What size roll off dumpster will I need for my project?
The dumpster rental you need depends on your job and the debris you're tossing.
