To make your rental process as fast as possible, have the name of the project and the year the structure was built handy before calling our team. If the structure was built prior to 1990, our team will also need an abatement survey and a letter of abatement showing that any contaminated material was properly removed.

Is there anything I can’t throw in my roll off container?
While we accept most debris types, you can never dispose of gasoline, oil, asbestos and other hazardous waste in our roll off dumpsters. These materials pose a safety concern in landfills and may damage your container. If you have questions about prohibited items or anything our dumpster rental service can't take for you, contact our team.
Will I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If the roll off container is on private property, like your driveway or a construction site, you don’t need city permission of any kind. However, you may need a Right-of-Way Permit from the city of Lakewood if you’re considering street placement. When you rent a dumpster from our team, we’ll help with the permitting process.
