Fall is finally here, so that means apples, pumpkins, and Halloween decorations, oh my! Here is an easy fall DIY decoration project that anyone can do. The first step is to collect your supplies, you’ll need:

  • Foam Wreath
  • Burlap
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Scissors
  • Fake Apples
  • Spanish Moss

Once you have all of your supplies together, you are going to want to cut your burlap into strips. Now, use those strips to cover the foam wreath. Simply, wrap the burlap around the wreath and secure with hot glue.

After the glue is dry and the burlap is secure to the wreath, you will want to glue the apples to the burlap with hot glue. Choose different sizes of apples and try to place them as close as possible. You are only going to want to glue the apples on the top half of the wreath, so it can lay flat.

To hide all of the inevitable tiny holes between the apples, you can stuff pieces of Spanish moss in between. Once you have you done this, all that is left is to hang the wreath. You can take a wide piece of ribbon and simply loop it or you can hang it with a hook in the back.

This wreath is perfect for hanging on the front door or just on a chalkboard in your house. This festive themed decoration is easy and fairly cheap to complete. Check out our blog every Monday for more DIY ideas.
