How Should I Prepare for Delivery?

Once you’ve ordered your 12 yard dumpster rental with our team, it’s time to make space for the bin to get delivered. Follow these four steps for an effortless drop off.

1. Make Space for Your Delivery.

Your driveway must be 60 feet long to fit a 12 yard dumpster rental. Make sure your drop-off location is clear of any obstructions, like your car.

2. Check for Overhead Wires and Branches.

To place your dumpster correctly we need 23 to 25 feet of vertical clearance. Make sure you choose an area away from overhead wires, tree branches or basketball hoops.

3. Prepare Your Drop-Off Spot.

You don’t need to be there when we drop off your dumpster, but make sure we can get to your drop-off location. Open any entrance gates to your property and lay down cones or plywood to mark your delivery spot.

4. Know What You’re Tossing.

Pay attention to what, and how much, you're tossing to stay within your roll off container’s weight limit and avoid disposal of prohibited items.
