Frequently Asked Questions

Will my dumpster have a weight limit?

Yes, all of our dumpster rentals include a set weight limit. Landfills charge disposal costs by the ton, and your weight limit reflects the amount of debris you can throw away for your flat rate. Going over this weight limit will result in a per-ton overage fee, which is why it’s important not to overload your roll off container. Use our weight calculator to estimate the tonnage of your debris and help you decide which size dumpster to rent for your project.

Are there any materials that cannot be thrown into a dumpster rental?

While we accept most common types of debris, there are certain materials that cannot be thrown into dumpsters in Baytown. Prohibited items include flammable, hazardous or toxic substances, such as gasoline, paint and motor oil. Additionally, tires, batteries and railroad ties cannot be disposed of in a roll off dumpster. Have questions about any of your project materials? Get in touch with our team.

How It Works

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
