Should I cover my dumpster rental if it rains?
Secure a tarp over your bin if you’re expecting rain. This is especially important if you’re tossing absorbent materials, like dirt or upholstered furniture. Without a cover, standing water will pool in the roll off container, making your load heavier. Your bin has a set weight limit, and going over that limit will result in extra fees. Do I need to be there when my roll off dumpster arrives?
You don’t have to be present when your roll off container arrives, but make sure the drop-off location is clear and accessible for our driver. Move cars out of your driveway and open any entry gates to your property. You can set cones or plywood on your driveway to show where you want your dumpster rental placed, but it isn’t necessary. If you’re planning on street placement, ask Spartanburg county’s Department of Public Works if you need a permit ahead of time. Contact our team if you need help preparing for delivery.

3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
