Do I need to be present when my dumpster rental arrives?
You don't have to be present for your roll off dumpster delivery, unless you need to open a gate or move potential obstacles for our driver. We'll provide you with a scheduled delivery date so you can make sure the placement location is clear before we get there. What should I do with my roll off dumpster if it rains?
If you're expecting storms during your dumpster rental period, cover the bin to keep your debris dry and avoid overage charges. This is especially important if you're tossing dirt, upholstered furniture and other materials that get heavier with excess moisture. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
