Can I park my roll off dumpster anywhere?
You can keep your dumpster rental anywhere that has a paved, flat surface. Most renters choose to keep their bin in a driveway. If you don’t have a driveway, you can also keep it in a private parking lot or in a clear, open area on a construction site. You can also keep the dumpster in the street, although you’ll likely need a permit to block traffic. To learn more about permits, contact St. Cloud’s Public Works Department.
Should I do anything before my dumpster rental arrives?
Decide in advance where you want your dumpster parked. This way, you can tell us exactly where we should drop it off and you won’t need to be present on the delivery date. Before the drop-off day, clear the area of any equipment or cars. Unlock and open any gates to your property so the driver can get inside. Finally, we recommend that you clearly mark the area. You can do this with traffic cones, sidewalk chalk or plywood. Plywood is best if you want to prevent scratches on your concrete driveway.

2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
