Q. Is there a right way to load a dumpster?
A. Yes. Please try to load the dumpster as evenly as possibly. BE SURE NOT TO OVERLOAD THE DUMPSTER. There will be an additional charge for driver delay and container dig-out. The dumpster shall ne be filled above the top of the dumpster. No items shall be hanging over the sides or sticking out of the dumpster.

Q. Do I have to be there when my dumpster is delivered?
A. Yes. The dumpster driver will call shortly before arriving to let you know they are on the way.

Q. Do I have to be there when my dumpster is picked up?
A. No. Please make sure you have loaded the dumpster properly.

Q.Can I order any other type of dumpster besides a roll-off?
A. No. We only offer services for roll-off dumpsters.
