Is there a right way to fill my roll off dumpster?
Load large and heavy items into your dumpster rental first. Open the swinging door to walk these materials inside your bin, spreading them apart to distribute their weight evenly. Then, you can toss small and light objects over the sides. This makes junk removal easier and helps you use all the space in your roll off container. To avoid extra fees, make sure your debris is below or level with the dumpster walls before requesting pickup. Nothing should stick up over the top or hang on the edges.
When I rent a dumpster, where should I keep it?
Your roll off dumpster should sit on a flat, paved surface close to where you’re working. If you’re completing a residential project, your driveway is usually the best option. On construction sites, keep your bin in a designated waste area away from large equipment to maintain safety. Short on space?
