Do I need a permit for my roll off dumpster?
The New York City Department of Transportation requires a Construction Debris or Commercial Refuse Container permit to place a dumpster rental or debris container on a city street or sidewalk. The permit allows placement of your roll off dumpster for up to five consecutive days. Typically, it is Budget Dumpster’s responsibility to get the needed permits.
