Do I need to be present for my dumpster delivery?
You do not need to be on-site for your roll off dumpster delivery, unless your property is gated and would need to be unlocked for our driver. Just make sure the spot you’ve chosen for the bin is open and clear for the entire day. If the roll off container will be in your driveway, you should park your cars on the street or in the garage. On construction sites, simply keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris.
What size dumpster will I need for my project?
When you rent a dumpster, the size you’ll need depends on the scope of your project and the type of debris you will be tossing. A 10 yard dumpster would be fitting for a small attic or garage cleanout, while a 30 yard container would work for most demolition projects. In addition, we offer a range of dumpster rental sizes in between, so we can customize a recommendation specifically for your needs.
Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
In the Town of Miami Lakes, you may need a permit to place your roll off dumpster on the street or in the public right-of-way.
