When will my dumpster rental be delivered?
We can usually deliver your roll off container in one to three business days, depending on the current schedule and availability. We’ll set up a delivery window that’s convenient for you when you call to schedule. You do not need to be present for your roll off dumpster’s arrival, as long as the delivery area is clear and any gates or fences are unlocked so our drivers can drop off your container without issue.
Why can I only fill my dumpster halfway with certain materials?
Roadway regulations limit the maximum weight that our trucks are allowed to haul at one time. When disposing of heavy debris such as concrete or bricks, you should only fill your roll off container halfway to accommodate these roadway restrictions and to ensure your bin can be safely picked up. To estimate the tonnage of your debris ahead of time, you can use our dumpster weight calculator.
Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
If you are placing your dumpster rental on private property, such as your driveway or a job site, you do not need a permit. However, if you are planning to place your roll off container on a street, sidewalk or any type of public property, you may need to apply for an Engineering Right-of-Way Permit from the city of Ogden.
