Here is some feedback from customers in the West Point area.
“I recently contacted Budget Dumpster to request a quote and arrange for a roll-off dumpster delivery, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of amazing! How often can you genuinely say that about customer service? My first point of contact was Zach L, who impressed me with his extensive knowledge and genuine concern for my needs regarding the dumpster use. He patiently broke down the costs for the various dumpster options and ensured that my city ordinance allowed for street drop-off. Zach also helped me calculate the weight capacity I would need based on the large items we had, and he assisted in determining how long we would need the dumpster to complete our cleanup.Zach was incredibly easy to communicate with, providing me with all the necessary information and ensuring I had my contract and payment receipt ready before we ended the call. The entire process was straightforward and extremely affordable.I will definitely be recommending Budget Dumpster Rentals to all my friends and will be using their services again in the future!Kind Regards,Sandy FOgden, Utah”

No, we can’t place dumpster rentals on a slope. Steep inclines make delivery hazardous and filling your bin difficult. We recommend choosing a flat, paved surface for your roll off container. Your driveway usually works best for residential projects, while construction sites have a designated waste area. Street placement is also an option, but you might need a permit from West Point’s Public Works Department. Contact our team if you need help choosing a delivery spot.
First, walk large or heavy items into your roll off container through the swinging door. This makes junk removal easier and helps you use dumpster space efficiently. Then, you can toss small and light objects over the sides to fill in any gaps. To avoid extra fees, make sure your materials are completely inside the bin when you're finished working. Nothing should stick up over the top or hang on the edges. Reach out for more quick tips on renting a dumpster.
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
