Is there a right way to fill my dumpster rental?
Always load large and heavy items into your roll off dumpster first. Open the swinging door to walk these materials into your bin, spreading them apart to distribute their weight evenly. You can fill in any gaps by tossing small and light objects over the side. Not only does this make junk removal easier, but it also helps you use all the space in your roll off container. Can my roll off dumpster sit on an incline?
For safety reasons, we can’t place roll off containers on hills. Steep slopes make filling your bin difficult and may prevent a successful delivery. Keep your dumpster on a flat, paved surface close to where you’re working. Your driveway usually works best for home-based projects, while construction sites should have a designated location for waste and recycling. Street placement is also a good option, but you might need a permit from the city of Coralville first. When you rent a dumpster from our team, we’ll help you choose a drop-off spot.
