When will my roll off dumpster arrive?
When you place your order, our team will give you a specific delivery date to count on. Depending on availability and demand we can usually get your dumpster rental to you within one to three business days. You don't have to be present when our truck rolls up, but make sure we can get to the drop-off spot. That means unlocking any gates and clearing out any stuff that might be blocking the way on your property. Planning to keep your roll off container in the street? Ask El Paso’s Public Works Department to see if you’ll need a permit.
Will my dumpster rental have a door?
Our roll off containers come with a swinging door that makes junk removal a breeze. Open the door and walk big and heavy items in first. Make sure you scatter them evenly throughout the bin to keep the weight balanced. Then, start tossing in the small and lightweight items from the sides. Before you set up a pickup, shut the door and double-check that everything's inside the bin. Nothing should be poking out from the sides or sticking over the top. This way, our driver can scoop up your roll off dumpster without any hiccups.

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
