Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster in Gardena?
If you're keeping your roll off container on private property, you don't need a permit of any kind. This includes your driveway or jobsite. However, you should get an Encroachment Permit if your bin will be in the street or blocking the sidewalk. You can apply for one by contacting Gardena's Public Works Department. When you schedule your dumpster rental, we'll answer your questions about the permitting process.
What can't I dispose of in my roll off dumpster?
We'll take most debris off your hands, but there are certain materials our Gardena dumpster rental service does not accept. This includes paint, liquid wastes, pesticides, batteries, motor oil and tires. Not only do these materials raise health concerns at the landfill, but they may damage your roll off container as well.
