Do I need to be present for my dumpster delivery?
You don't have to be available for your roll off dumpster's arrival, but you are still responsible for making sure the area is clear of any obstacles ahead of time. If the container will be in your driveway, park your cars on the street or in the garage. On construction sites, keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris.
Will my roll off dumpster have a door?
Yes, all of our roll off containers have a loading door. It's safer and more efficient to walk your bigger, heavier items in through the door. You can also use a wheelbarrow to collect your debris and roll it inside the dumpster. Then you can toss your lighter items in over the side.
Can I place my dumpster rental on the street?
Yes, it is possible to place your roll off container on the street, though you may need an Encroachment Permit from Newport Beach. The best place for a dumpster rental is a flat surface near the work area, so if you don't have a suitable location on your property, placing on the street may be your best option.

2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
