What if it rains during my dumpster rental period?
If you’re expecting storms while renting a dumpster, secure a tarp over the bin with bungee cords or tie-down straps. Standing water will pool in your roll off container without a cover, making your load heavier than normal. This is especially true if you’re tossing dirt, carpet and other absorbent materials. Remember your debris box has a weight limit, and exceeding it will result in extra fees.
