Where should I park my roll off container?
Choose a delivery location on a flat, firm surface that is easily accessible to the driver. Most renters keep their dumpster rental in the driveway or on a private jobsite. If you are scheduling delivery to a construction site, select an area away from large equipment. You can keep your dumpster in the street as well, although you’ll need to apply for a Right-of-Way Permit with the city of Ocoee first. What should I do if it rains on my dumpster rental?
If you expect rain during your rental period, cover the roll off dumpster with a tarp. Rain can weigh down your debris. This will result in an extra charge if the added weight takes you over your weight limit. Secure the tarp with bungee cords or tie down the straps so it won’t blow away. Once the rain has passed, you can remove the tarp and continue filling the dumpster rental.

3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
