What do I need to do when I rent a dumpster?
Make sure your drop-off location is clear and accessible for your roll off dumpster delivery. Our containers need a flat, paved surface. Your driveway is ideal for home-based projects. Laying down plywood will help protect your driveway from damage, but isn’t required. On construction sites, pick an area that’s clear of equipment and other obstacles. If you need to keep your dumpster rental in the street, contact the village of Riverdale’s Public Works Department to see if you need a permit ahead of time. Our team is happy to answer any other placement questions you have.
How many roll off containers can I rent at once?
You can rent as many roll off dumpsters as your project needs, depending on available inventory. We can drop them off at the same time or stagger delivery if you’re short on space. If you’re working at more than one location, we can coordinate delivery across several jobsites. Only have enough room for one bin at a time? Ask about our empty-and-return service. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
