When will my dumpster rental arrive?
When you call us to schedule your rental, we’ll work with you to set up a convenient delivery window. Typically, we can have your roll off dumpster on-site within one to three business days, depending on availability of your selected size. If you know you’ll need a dumpster rental farther in advance, you can also schedule delivery a few weeks ahead of time. You don’t need to be present for delivery, but you should make sure the area is clear and accessible beforehand.
Why do some materials cost more to throw away in a roll off dumpster?
Certain materials require additional processing by the hauler and landfill, increasing disposal costs. These items include appliances, electronics, mattresses, box springs and upholstered furniture. It’s also important to note that while we can take a wide range of debris types, from household junk to concrete and asphalt, there are prohibited items never allowed in a dumpster. This includes flammable items, burnt materials and hazardous waste.
Can I place my dumpster in the street?
It may be possible to place your dumpster on the street. Contact the city of Shoreview to see if you need a permit. The best place for a dumpster rental is a flat surface near the work area, so if you don't have a suitable location on your property, street placement may be your best option.
