Will my dumpster rental have a door?
All of our roll off dumpsters have a loading door to make the debris and junk removal process more efficient. It’s safer to walk the larger, heavier items in through the door. You can also use a wheelbarrow to collect your trash and roll it inside the container to empty it.
Do I need to cover my dumpster rental if it rains?
Heavy rain can fill your roll off dumpster with standing water and soak your debris, making it weigh more. If your dumpster goes over your weight limit, you will be charged a per-ton fee. The easiest way to cover your container, and avoid the extra cost, is to throw a tarp over the top and secure it using bungee cords or tie-down straps so the wind doesn't blow it away.
Where should I keep my dumpster rental?
The most convenient drop-off location for homeowners and residential contractors is usually a driveway, or another flat surface close to the work area. If there’s no room for a roll off container on the property, street placement may be possible with a Right-of-Way permit. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
