Should I be there for my roll off dumpster delivery?
No, you don't need to be present at the time of delivery. Just make sure we can easily access the area. This means opening any gates and moving obstacles that could prevent delivery. We suggest doing this the night before your dumpster rental arrives. Need to keep your roll off container on the street? Reach out to the city of Beverly Hills to see if you need a permit.
What if it rains during my dumpster rental period?
It's best to cover your dumpster during times of rain. Secure a tarp over your bin with bungee cords or rope so the wind doesn't blow it away. If you don't, water can soak your debris and add weight to your roll off dumpster. Remember your dumpster rental has a weight limit and going over it will result in extra fees.
