What size roll off dumpster will I need for my project?
The right dumpster size depends on the scope of your junk removal project and the type of debris you’ll be tossing. A 10 yard roll off container is good for smaller-scale projects, such as a basement cleanout or bathroom remodel. Our 30 yard containers are better for major home remodels or commercial renovations. We also offer a range of sizes in between. Our team is happy to talk you through your project to find a customized solution.
Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If you place your roll off container in the street, you may need a permit from the town of Brookfield’s Public Works Department before you rent a dumpster. You don’t need a permit to keep your bin on private property. Our dumpsters need a flat, paved surface to sit on. Your driveway is best for household projects. For construction projects, place your roll off dumpster in a designated waste and recycling area that is free of any equipment or obstacles.
