How should I load my roll off dumpster?
The most efficient way to load your dumpster rental is by starting with your larger and heavier items. Walk them through the dumpster door or roll them inside with a wheelbarrow. Be sure to spread your debris evenly throughout the bin to distribute the weight. Then toss light materials over the sides of your roll off container. When you finish, make sure everything is below the dumpster's fill line and close and secure the door.
What should I do with my dumpster rental if it rains?
If it rains during your rental period, cover your roll off dumpster with a tarp. Secure the tarp with bungee cords or straps so it doesn't blow away. Without a cover, rainwater could soak absorbent materials and pool at the bottom of your bin, adding weight. Each of our roll off containers has a weight limit, and going over that limit results in a per-ton overage fee. By covering your bin, you should avoid any rain-related fees.
Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?
You need to keep your dumpster rental on a flat, paved surface. Your driveway is ideal for household projects. On a jobsite, a designated waste area works better. Need to keep your bin in the street? You may need a dumpster permit. Check with your local municipality ahead of time.

2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
