Where can you deliver my roll off dumpster?
We need a flat, paved surface for dumpster rental delivery. If you’re working at home, your driveway is usually best. We can also drop off your bin to a private construction site or parking lot. Street placement is another option, but you may need to get an Encroachment Permit from the city of Chico in advance. Reach out if you need help deciding where to keep your roll off container.
When I rent a dumpster, what can I throw away?
We accept most debris from junk removal jobs, including household clutter. You can also toss construction materials and other home improvement debris. Certain items are not allowed in your dumpster rental, however. This includes hot water tanks, tires, car batteries and hazardous waste. For a full list of accepted materials and prohibited items, contact us. Our team can also answer questions you may have about specific items.
Should I cover my roll off container if it rains?
We recommend covering your bin during storms to keep the debris inside dry. Absorbent materials like dirt and upholstery become heavier when wet. This extra weight could cause you to go over the dumpster rental’s weight limit, resulting in an extra fee. To cover your dumpster, place a tarp over the top and secure it with bungee cords so it doesn’t blow away.

How It Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
