Do I need to be present for my roll off dumpster delivery?
You don’t need to be there for your dumpster rental delivery unless your property is gated and would need to be unlocked for our driver. Just make sure the spot you’ve chosen for the bin is open and accessible for the entire day. If you don’t have room on your property and need street placement, you may need to apply for a Traffic Control Permit from the city of Colorado Springs. On construction sites, simply keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris. Reach out if you have questions about placement when renting a dumpster.
Why can I only partially fill my dumpster rental with certain materials?
When getting rid of heavy debris such as brick or cement, you can only fill your roll off dumpster halfway to avoid exceeding your bin’s weight limit. Staying within this limit will ensure the container can be removed by our truck. Not sure how much your materials weigh? Use our weight calculators to estimate the tonnage of your debris.
