How can I prepare for dumpster rental delivery?
Make sure our driver can reach the drop-off location without issue. Open any entry gates to your property and move potential obstacles out of the way. This includes cars, equipment and basketball hoops. You can use traffic cones or chalk to mark the delivery spot, but it’s not required. If you’re worried about scrapes or scratches on your driveway, lay down plywood to protect the surface. Planning to keep your roll off container in the street? What if it rains while my roll off dumpster is on-site?
If you’re expecting storms while renting a dumpster, secure a tarp over your bin with bungee cords or tie-down straps. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
