What items can I dispose of with my dumpster rental?

However, there are materials you cannot dispose of, including flammable and hazardous waste. Other prohibited items include batteries, gasoline, paint and household chemicals.
Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If you are placing your dumpster on private property, such as in your driveway, you will not need a permit. If you choose to place your dumpster on a street or blocking a sidewalk, you will need to apply for an Encroachment Permit from the city of Covina’s Engineering Department. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
