Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a right way to load a roll off dumpster?

When you are getting rid of large or heavy items, it's safest to carry them inside the bin using the dumpster door. Smaller or lighter items can also be walked in or tossed over the edges afterwards. When you’re finished loading your materials, make sure they're level with the top of the container and that nothing is draped over the sides. For more tips on your dumpster rental, give us a call.

Are there any items you can't throw in a Fort Mill dumpster rental?

While we accept most debris types, our roll off dumpster service cannot accept hazardous materials, such as railroad ties, paint cans, asbestos and liquid waste. You can also get rid of appliances and electronics using our containers, but these items may incur an additional disposal charge. To learn more about what items our dumpster rental service can take for you, call our team.

How It Works

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
