Do I need to be present for my dumpster delivery?
You do not need to be present for your dumpster rental delivery, unless your property is gated and would need to be unlocked for our driver. Just make sure the spot you’ve chosen for the bin is open and clear for the entire day. If the roll off container will be in your driveway, you should move any vehicles to the street or park them in the garage. On construction sites, simply keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris.
Will my roll off dumpster have a weight limit?
Yes. Each of our dumpster sizes has a set weight limit which reflects the volume of debris that is covered within your quoted price. Going over that limit will result in an additional per-ton fee. Use our weight calculator to help you estimate the tonnage of your debris ahead of time and decide which roll off container to rent. If you still have questions, feel free to give us a call.
Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If you plan to keep your dumpster rental on the street, you should contact the city of Manor to see if you need a permit to place it on public property. You won't need a permit if your roll off dumpster is kept on private property, such as on a driveway or jobsite. 4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
