When I rent a dumpster, where should it go?
Pick a flat, paved area for our driver to place your dumpster rental. Driveways are best for residential projects. Move your vehicles to the garage or street before we arrive, and be sure the spot is clear of other obstacles. For construction jobs, find a space away from equipment and large debris for your roll off container. We can park your bin in the street, but you might need a permit ahead of time. Contact the Department of Public Works for permit details and other requirements. We’ll help you find the right spot for your bin if you’re still unsure.
Do I need to cover my roll off dumpster?
Yes, all roll off containers in Middleton must be covered when not in use. Cover your bin with a tarp and tie it down with bungee cords or straps to keep it secure. This is also a great way to keep rainwater or snow from pooling inside. As absorbent materials, like dirt or carpeting, get wet, they add weight to your load. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
