Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?
Choose a flat, paved surface close to your work area to make cleaning up convenient. Your driveway is usually best for home-based projects. For construction sites or commercial jobs, place your bin in a parking lot or other designated waste and recycling area. You may need a permit for street placement before you rent a dumpster. Do I need to be present for delivery of my dumpster rental?
You do not need to be present for delivery of your roll off container, unless you need to open a gate or remove an obstacle at the time of delivery. In gated communities, we’ll request the gate code so the driver can enter if you’re unable to be there. Be sure to clear the delivery area of vehicles, construction equipment or other obstacles. You can set cones or plywood on your driveway to show where you want the container placed. If you have concerns about any barriers to your dumpster rental delivery, contact our customer service team.

2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
