Frequently Asked Questions

Where should I keep my dumpster rental?

Your roll off container should sit on a flat, paved surface that’s accessible for our truck. For residential projects, your driveway is ideal. Move your vehicles to the garage or street before your dumpster arrives. On jobsites, keep your bin in a designated area away from equipment and other potential obstacles. You’ll need a Dumpster Permit from the city of Oregon’s Building Department to keep your roll off dumpster in the street. Reach out to our team for help with permitting or choosing a delivery spot.

Which roll off dumpster is right for me?

The size of your project and the material you’re tossing determine what type of dumpster you’ll need. Our roll off container service hauls most items. This includes general household junk, yard waste and mixed construction debris. Our 10 yard dumpster rental is great for small-scale cleanups or getting rid of heavy debris. A 40 yard bin is ideal for large commercial jobs. We offer a range of other sizes as well. Use our weight calculator to find the right size bin for your junk removal project. Contact us for more tips on choosing a dumpster.

How It Works

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
