When will my roll off dumpster be delivered?

Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
You can keep the roll off dumpster on private property, like your driveway or construction site, without city permission. If your container will be in the street or blocking the sidewalk, get a Right of Way Permit from Oshkosh's Public Works Department.
