Can I keep my roll off dumpster in my driveway?
Absolutely. In fact, there’s no better spot if you’re working from home. For construction projects, any flat, paved surface that’s away from equipment and large debris will do. Our driver can park your roll off container in the street near your work area if needed, but you may need a permit ahead of time. Contact Pigeon Forge’s Public Works Department for information. Our friendly staff is also available to help you find the right spot for your dumpster rental if you’re still unsure.
What can I put in my roll off container?
We have bins for a variety of household junk, yard waste and construction debris. Our dumpster rental experts will review your materials when you order to ensure they’re accepted. Do not put flammable and hazardous waste materials in your roll off dumpster. This includes household chemicals, asbestos, paint and other potentially dangerous materials. These items raise safety and environmental issues at the landfill and may damage your dumpster rental. 1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
