Do I need to be present for my dumpster rental delivery?
You don’t have to be there when we deliver your roll off container. Just be sure to open any gates to your property and clear any potential obstacles from the delivery area. If you want, you can mark the drop-off spot with traffic cones, chalk or tape. Planning on street placement? You may need a permit before we deliver your roll off dumpster. Reach out to the town of Farragut’s Public Works Department. Contact our team for more help with permits and placement.
Is there a right way to load a roll off dumpster?
Start with your heavy and bulky items for safety and efficiency. Walk them through the loading door and spread them evenly throughout the space. You can also collect debris with a wheelbarrow and roll it inside. Then, grab your lighter materials and throw them over the sides of your dumpster rental. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
