Is there a right way to load a roll off dumpster?
We recommend using the convenient dumpster door to load the largest and heaviest items first, spreading the weight evenly throughout the bin. Smaller items can be walked in or tossed over the side. Try to fill in the remaining space evenly, leaving no empty pockets, and ensure no items are hanging over the sides or sticking up over the top. Where should I keep my dumpster rental?
Homeowners typically find their driveway to be the most convenient location when they rent a dumpster. The city of Prospect requires a Trash Container/Dumpster Permit to place a bin on residential property. The city also prohibits the placement of dumpsters on public streets or public properties. Contractors may prefer to place the container in a parking lot or designated waste and recycling area. Please note that a flat, paved surface is required for our roll off containers. 4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
