Do I need to be present for delivery?
You do not need to be present for your dumpster rental delivery unless your property is gated and would need to be opened for our driver. Make sure the spot you've chosen for the bin is open and clear for the entire day. If the roll off container will be in your driveway, you should park your cars on the street or in the garage. On construction sites, keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris.
Do I need a permit to rent a roll off dumpster?
If the roll off container is going to be placed on private property, you will not need a permit of any kind. If you are interested in placing the container on the street in front of your home or job site, you will need to contact the city of Sandusky and obtain a right-of-way permit. If you have any questions about where to place your container or need help with the permitting process, give our team a call.
