Do I need to be on-site for my dumpster delivery?
No, you do not need to be on-site during delivery. However, you are responsible for making sure the delivery area is completely accessible when our truck arrives. This includes clearing the location of any cars, debris, construction equipment or other items that may interfere with the placement of your roll off dumpster. If we're unable to place your roll off container due to an obstacle or locked gate, there will be an additional charge.
What zip codes do you service in Schertz?
You can rent a dumpster in the following Schertz zip codes: 78108, 78124, 78132 and 78154. However, we deliver roll off dumpsters throughout the San Antonio area and are always adding new zip codes to our service area. Contact us to learn about disposal options in your neighborhood.
Should I cover my dumpster rental if it rains?
Rain can add standing water and additional weight to your roll off dumpster. We do suggest covering the bin if you are expecting heavy rain to prevent water from soaking your debris. The easiest way to cover your container is to throw a tarp over the top and secure it using bungee cords or tie-down straps.
Will I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If you want to keep your dumpster rental on the street, you will need a permit since it will be placed on public property. You can easily apply for a permit online from the city of Schertz. If you are placing the container on private property, you will not need a permit.
