Can my dumpster rental sit on a hill?
No, your roll off dumpster needs a flat, paved surface. If you need to use a parking brake, then the area is too steep for your bin. Usually your driveway is best for residential junk removal projects. On construction sites, a designated waste area works better. Is your property too hilly? We can also deliver your roll off container to the street, but you may need a permit. For permitting information, get in touch with the city of South Lyon's Department of Public Works. When I rent a dumpster, will it have a door?
Yes, each of our dumpster rentals has a loading door to make the cleanup process more efficient. Walk your heavier items through the door or roll them inside with a wheelbarrow. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
