Why does it cost more to dispose of certain materials?
If you throw electronics in our roll off containers, you’ll incur additional fees. It takes longer for landfills and transfer stations to process these materials, making them more expensive to get rid of. It’s important to note we never haul away oil, household chemicals, tires, railroad ties and other prohibited items for safety reasons. Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?
If you’re renting a dumpster for a home cleanout or improvement project, your driveway is typically best. On construction sites, we should place the container in a designated waste area away from equipment and other potential obstacles. You can have your bin in the street if you’re short on space, but you might need a permit from the city of Tavares before ordering.
