Can my roll off dumpster sit on an incline?
We can’t park your dumpster rental on a hill or steep incline. This poses a safety concern and makes it difficult for you to load the bin. If the incline is steep enough that you need a parking brake for your vehicle, we can’t drop off your bin there. Schedule delivery to a level, paved surface close to your jobsite. A driveway or designated waste area is ideal. Need to keep your roll off container in the street? Contact the city of Bluffton’s Street Department to see if you’ll need a permit.
Should I mark the delivery spot for my dumpster rental?
Marking the drop-off spot isn’t required, but it helps our driver deliver the roll off container to your desired location. You can use traffic cones, chalk or colored tape to mark the spot. You can also lay down plywood to protect the pavement from potential scrapes and scratches. Just make sure the drop-off area is clear of vehicles or equipment before we arrive.
