What size dumpster will I need for my project?
The roll off dumpster size you need depends on the scope of the project and type of debris you will be tossing. A 10 yard dumpster would be appropriate for a small attic or garage cleanout, while a 40 yard container would work for most demolition jobs. If you still aren't sure, give us a call and we can recommend the right size dumpster rental for your project.
Why are there fees for disposing of certain materials?
Due to local regulations, electronics, appliances or upholstered furniture require additional processing, making their disposal more expensive. If you're throwing these items in your roll off container, you may incur a per-item disposal fee. These fees usually come from area landfills and transfer stations and apply no matter how the items are thrown out. It's important to note that there are prohibited items you can never throw away, including hazardous waste, insulation and burnt materials.
Where will my dumpster rental be dropped off?
Choose a flat, open area for your dumpster rental delivery, such as a parking lot or driveway. If your driveway has a slope that requires cars to use a parking brake, we won't be able to place a roll off container there. Want to place your dumpster on the street? Contact the city of Delano to apply for a Right-of-Way permit, and make sure street cleaning isn't planned in the area during your rental period.

How Our Rental Process Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
