What should I do before my dumpster rental arrives?
After you've scheduled your roll off dumpster delivery, you'll need to make sure the drop-off area is clear of any obstacles. If you plan on keeping the container in your driveway, move any vehicles to your garage or the street and make sure any gates are unlocked for our drivers. On construction sites, simply keep the spot where we're dropping off the bin clear of any equipment or debris. Give us a call for more tips on preparing for delivery.
Can I rent more than one dumpster at a time?
There is no limit to the number of roll off dumpsters you rent at once. We can provide as many as you need, delivered together or staggered. We can also coordinate deliveries to multiple job sites. If you are short on space but still need multiple containers, we can set up an empty-and-return service so you have a fresh dumpster on-site when you need it.
Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?
If you’re using your dumpster rental for a home project or cleanout, your driveway is the best place. Please note that our roll off containers need to be placed on a flat, hard surface to ensure we can retrieve them after delivery. If there isn’t room for a dumpster on your property, we can put it on the street, but you may need to contact Long Lake's Public Works Department for permitting info in advance. On job sites, you should keep your bin in a designated waste and recycling area.

How Our Rental Process Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
