When will my dumpster rental arrive?
We’ll deliver your bin on the date set when you rent a dumpster. Depending on what's in stock, we can usually drop off your roll off dumpster in one to three business days of your order. You don't have to be present when our truck arrives, but make sure our path to the drop-off spot is clear. That means unlocking any gates and clearing any obstacles. Why can I only partially fill my roll off dumpster with certain materials?
You can only fill your dumpster rental partway with heavy materials, like concrete, to avoid going over the weight limit in your quote. This is because landfills charge disposal costs by the ton, and going over your limit results in a per-ton overage fee. Also, if your bin is too heavy, our driver won't be able to pick it up, and you'll get a fee. Not sure how much your debris weighs? 1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
