Where should I keep my dumpster rental?
Your roll off dumpster should be placed on a flat area, such as a parking lot or your driveway. We may also be able to place your container in the street, though you’ll need to apply for an Encroachment Permit from the city of Escondido ahead of time. We can help you with street permitting information when you call to rent a dumpster.
Will my roll off dumpster have a door?
Yes, all of our dumpster rentals feature a swinging door that allows you to safely walk heavy or bulky items inside the bin. If you’re using a wheelbarrow to collect debris, you can simply roll it inside the dumpster through the door and dump it out. When loading your roll off container, try to keep your items spaced evenly throughout the bottom. This will make for an easier pickup at the end of your cleanup. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
