Do I need to be there when my dumpster rental is delivered?
No, you don’t need to be there when we drop off your bin. But make sure to open any gates to your property and remove potential obstacles from the delivery area. You can lay down plywood to mark the drop-off spot and protect pavement from scratches. Another option is to use colored tape or traffic cones to mark the delivery spot, but it’s not necessary. Planning to keep your roll off container in the street? You may need a permit from the town of Barnstable’s Public Works Department in advance. What’s the best way to load my roll off dumpster?
Open your bin’s loading door and walk large or heavy items into your dumpster rental first. Spread debris throughout the bin to distribute its weight evenly.
