How should I prepare for the delivery of my roll off dumpster?
Choose a location on a flat, paved surface for our driver to deliver our roll off container. Typically, your driveway is best for residential projects. On construction sites, designate a waste area for drop-off. If your dumpster rental needs to go in the street, contact Larimer County’s Engineering Department to see if you’ll need a permit first. You can lay down plywood or set up cones to mark the spot, but it's not required. Just make sure the area is free of obstacles.
Will my dumpster rental have a door?
Yes, all our roll off containers come with a loading door. This makes it easy to load heavy and bulky items. Walk these materials in first, spreading them out to evenly distribute the weight. Then, throw lighter items in over the sides to fill any empty space. When you're done loading your roll off dumpster, make sure nothing is sticking over the top or sides.
